Cloud Dashboard is free up to 500k events a month, then €20 to €1,000 a month by volume, in steps of 500k events; above 20M events, a custom quote.

How we estimate. Costs in USD at list prices as of 2026-10-21, 14 months of data kept, about 1 GB per 600,000 events and dashboards scanning ten months of data a month. AI and speed are our estimates until our benchmark is published: Claude Sonnet 5.5, 100 questions a month at 1M events growing with traffic, 10,000 input tokens and 3 queries per answer on flat tables against 25,000 and 8 on the GA4 export (UNNEST, session rebuilding, retries), 0.5 s per query on ClickHouse and 3 s on BigQuery. Engineering: 8 hours a month keeping Dataform or dbt models on the GA4 export working, at $75 an hour. Self-hosted d8a.tech has no license fee. Above about 30M events a month (GA4's daily export limit), GA4 sites usually move to a GA4 360 contract. Google doesn't publish its price; contracts typically start around $50,000 a year, so we show that figure but leave it out of the total. Why is the cloud option free?

It costs nothing because it leverages our highly optimized managed ClickHouse cluster hosted in Europe, or your own data warehouse infrastructure where you maintain complete control over your data. The free option helps spread the word about d8a.tech, while we focus our monetization on high-traffic accounts and Enterprise features.

What pricing details should I know?

Pricing depends on how you use d8a.tech. With the embedded analytics dashboard, the free tier includes up to 500k events per month; above that, the price rises with volume from $20 to $1,000 per month at 20M events, and above 20M events we give a custom quote. If you use d8a.tech as a data collection service for your own warehouse, the free tier includes up to 30M events per month, and your warehouse provider bills you for storage and queries; the calculator above estimates that cost. Above 30M events, we ask teams to move to a paid support package, where we help with deployment, questions and fixes, so we can protect the shared pipeline and keep improving the product.

How do I pay for a paid plan?

Paid Cloud plans will use Stripe Checkout. Until checkout is live, email support@d8a.tech and we'll set up your plan. For support packages and Enterprise, talk to us.

What does the support package include?

For self-hosted deployments, we help with deployment, answer your questions and fix issues. Support packages start at €5,000 ($5,000) per year. Talk to us about the scope you need.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise is priced annually, based on your deployment and requirements. Most teams start with a paid pilot from €5,000: a 30–45 day parallel run next to your existing GA4 or Matomo, with success criteria agreed upfront and the pilot fee credited toward your first-year contract.

Can the pilot run self-hosted?

Yes. The pilot can run in our EU cloud or self-hosted in your own infrastructure, next to your existing tracking, with zero tag changes.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes, we sign BAAs for HIPAA. We also share a pentest summary, security documentation and a DPA on request.
